The website stores one choice for statistics and a separate choice for Google and Meta advertising measurement. These settings are not used to store your enquiry text or the information you send to VPD Design.
What does the website store?
Local browser storage contains one choice for website statistics and a separate choice for Google and Meta advertising measurement (key vpd-consent-v2), until you change it or clear the browser data. The cookie __Host-vpd-visitor holds a random number for this browser issued by our server and expires 90 days after your last visit. Marks from the address you arrived at (utm_* parameters and Google and Meta ad-click identifiers), the path of that landing page and the domain of the site that sent you are kept for at most 7 days from the visit: in the current tab (key vpd-landing-v1) until our server confirms it has them, and on the server under that number. The first visit and the last Google or Meta ad click are kept on the server for up to 90 days from the visit or click. The last visit that arrived with marks or from another site (its utm_* parameters, the path of its landing page and the domain of the site that sent you) is kept on the server for up to 90 days from that visit; its utm_* parameters go to the CRM with an enquiry. Each choice made in the banner (time, choice, country, version of the banner text; the last 10 at most) is kept for as long as the browser number exists. For an enquiry that followed a Google ad click, the server keeps the enquiry number, the CRM number and the click identifier and time, without contact details, for 90 days from the click. A Google or Meta ad-click identifier is also kept in local storage (key vpd-ad-clicks-v1) for up to 90 days and deleted earlier when the choice in the banner no longer allows measurement by that platform. The answer to “How did you hear about us?” goes to the CRM with the enquiry and is kept like the enquiry.
Website statistics
Page views; clicks leading to telephone, email, WhatsApp or the enquiry form; the start of form interaction; technical validation errors; and the confirmation that an enquiry was stored in the CRM, or that the storage could not be confirmed. Under statistics consent, Google Analytics also receives technical connection data, including the IP address and browser or device information, for geographic and technical measurement. We do not send form answers, project location, area, substrate, name or message text to website statistics.
Google Ads advertising measurement
After separate advertising consent, Google Ads may measure page and service-page views, transitions to telephone, email, WhatsApp and Instagram, and a confirmed enquiry. A confirmed enquiry carries a stable event identifier. If the visitor supplied an email address or telephone number, it is normalised and SHA-256 hashed before it is used for conversion matching. Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid), kept for up to 90 days, and the campaign parameters of the visit may also be passed. Message text, project description, area and substrate are not sent to Google Ads.
Meta advertising measurement
After separate consent, Meta Pixel may measure a page view, contact action and confirmed enquiry. Once an enquiry is stored in Bitrix24, Conversions API may send a deduplicated Lead event. Email, telephone, your name if you give it and the country derived from a +48 number are hashed for matching. Under this consent we also pass the identifiers from Meta’s own cookies (_fbc, _fbp), technical connection data — IP address and browser information — and the SHA-256 hash of a random site advertising identifier, used only to match and deduplicate the event. That random identifier is not derived from contact data or browsing URLs; it is deleted on consent withdrawal and recreated after a later grant. Project description, area, substrate and message text are not sent.
How can I change my choice?
You can change both choices separately through the settings link in the website footer.
What happens without consent?
Each optional purpose starts only after the relevant consent. Refusing either or both does not limit access to the website or the ability to contact VPD Design.
