Microcement cost

Area is a number. A quote describes the scope.

Microcement installation starts from PLN 350/m². The final quote is project-specific because two surfaces with the same area may require different preparation, detailing and organisation.

Starting price: PLN 350/m²

What does the starting price mean?

PLN 350/m² is the starting price for microcement installation. It is not an automatic quote for every site: area alone does not show substrate readiness, geometry or the number of details.

We prepare the final quote individually after establishing what is to be completed and under which conditions. The project offer describes the agreed scope.

Five groups of variables

What shapes the cost of the work?

Condition and type of substrate

Stability, flatness, cracks, movement joints, moisture, existing coatings and transitions between materials.

Area and number of separate surfaces

An open floor and several smaller planes with the same total area differ in protection, edges and number of stages.

Geometry and detail

Niches, steps, drains, skirtings, sharp edges and material junctions require individual treatment.

Conditions of use

A floor, dry wall and wet area require different preparation, protection and use assumptions.

Site and logistics

Access, protection of finished elements, sequence of other work, location and working conditions affect the scope.

The same area

Three different scopes.

Stable, prepared substrate.

Open floor. A large plane, fewer edges and the possibility of working as one continuous area.

Niches, drains and penetrations.

Small bathroom. A small area with many corners, zones and details that need separate treatment.

Stability not yet confirmed.

Existing tiles. The scope depends on grout, adhesion, hidden layers and whether repair or removal is needed.

What happens after you send the materials?

First we check whether there is enough information for a quote.

Not every surface requires the same next step. We explain whether photos and a description are enough or whether further verification is needed.

  1. 01
    Photos and description

Surface, approximate area, substrate, location and preferred timing.

  2. 02
    Missing information

If the material does not show a relevant condition, we identify the missing detail or the right method of assessment.

  3. 03
    Project-specific quote

The quote lists the surfaces covered, preparation, details and boundaries of the agreed scope of work.

A clear offer

What should be confirmed before you accept the quote?

  • which surfaces are included
  • which substrate condition and preparation have been assumed
  • which edges, corners and junctions are included
  • what remains the responsibility of the client or other trades
  • which conditions would require the scope to be agreed again

If the actual site condition differs from the information used for the quote, any effect on the work, cost or schedule should be described and agreed before additional work begins.

No shortcuts

Frequently asked questions.

How much does microcement cost per square metre?

Microcement installation starts from PLN 350/m². The final quote is prepared individually after reviewing substrate preparation, geometry, application and site conditions.

Is a small surface priced only by area?

Not always. Preparation, protection and organisation still apply, and edges or junctions may matter more than the area itself.

Is substrate preparation included?

The preparation included is stated in the project-specific offer. We do not assume that every substrate requires the same work.

Is a site visit required before every quote?

No. We can begin with photos and a description. If they are not enough to confirm the conditions, we will explain the appropriate next step.

Can the quoted scope and cost change?

They may need to be updated if the actual condition or scope differs from the information used for the quote. Any change must be described and agreed before additional work.

Initial assessment

Let’s prepare a project-specific quote.

If you do not know the substrate or exact area, select “I don't know”. We will check which information is still needed.

Enough to get started

  • photos of the whole surface and difficult details
  • approximate area and application
  • substrate, or “I don't know”
  • location, preferred timing, plan or visualisation
You do not need to know the technical system or prepare a complete specification.
